How do I sell my products with Beauty CTRL?
Easy. Start with the CTRL Quiz to check what’s eligible, then fill out the Seller Form and choose your payout option. We handle the rest. No listings, no hassle.
What products can I sell?
We accept sealed, unopened, or lightly used beauty products (think skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare). Your items should be clean, authentic, and within 18 months of purchase.

What happens to products you don’t accept?
We’ll notify you. You can either have them returned (for a fee) or opt for us to responsibly dispose of or donate them.
How should I pack my products for shipping?
Pack snugly with padding, especially for glass bottles or compacts. Use original packaging if you’ve still got it.
Why is selling to Beauty CTRL better than Vinted or eBay?
No haggling, no photography, no listing headaches. Just send it in and get paid — fast. Plus, we verify and manage the whole process for buyer trust and seller ease.
Can I cancel or edit my seller submission?
Yes — if we haven’t processed your stash yet. Contact us within 24 hours of submission.
Is my seller info kept private?
100%. Your details are secure and never shared with buyers.
What happens after my product has been listed?
You’ll receive status notifications of your products if you opt for the higher "Earn after sale" payout or the CTRL credit options.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
How much can I earn?
Depends on product condition, brand demand, and payout option. We’re transparent, you’ll see a breakdown once we assess your stash.
How do I get paid?
You choose:
- Instant payout
- Earn After Sale (After-sale payout)
- Store credit (extra bonus)
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed weekly. You'll get notified once your stash is reviewed and accepted.
Is there a fee?
No listing fees. We make a margin on the resale price. For certain rejected items, a small return shipping fee may apply.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship UK-wide and parts of Europe
How much is shipping for buyers?
Flat rate or calculated at checkout. Combine multiple products in your CTRL Box to save.
What if my package gets lost?
Rare, but we’ve got you. Contact us immediately and we’ll investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us ASAP, we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Tracking info will be sent via email once your order ships
PRODUCTS & SHOPPING
What condition are your products in?
All products are:
- Sealed / unopened
- Opened but untouched (e.g., box removed, never used)
- Lightly used (1–2 uses max, which will be clearly stated on the listing)
Are products safe and authentic?
Yes. Everything is CTRL Verified, we check usage, packaging, authenticity, and expiry. Anything that doesn’t meet our standards is rejected.
Are products sanitised before resale?
We only list products that meet strict hygiene criteria. For opened products, we follow a no-risk format policy (no wands, jars, etc.) to ensure buyer safety.
What does “fill level” mean?
We estimate how much product remains in opened items. Listings will include this (e.g. “90% full”).
What if the product I want is sold out?
Set a CTRL Alert on the product page and we’ll notify you when it’s in stock.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return a product?
While most beauty resale platforms say “no returns, ever,” we try to meet you halfway without compromising hygiene or safety.
Yes, you can return gently loved or opened products, but only if:
- The item is still in the same condition we sent it (clean, undamaged, no mystery smudges)
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product passes our hygiene re-check once returned
Heads up: Sealed, unopened items are easier to return, but for opened products, we’re extra picky
Can sellers get their items back?
Yes, you can request a return of unaccepted items (a small fee applies).
